Feta-Stuffed Turkey Burgers
Feta-Stuffed Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound(s) Turkey, ground, raw
1 Tbsp fresh Basil
¼ tsp Adobo with Cumin powder
7 Tbsp Cheese, feta, crumbled
5 small Olives, black, sliced
(about 4 tsp)
¾ cup(s) Peppers, red, roasted
(packed in water), sliced (without oil)

actually diced the peppers up and put them into the burgers]
Salt and pepper lightly
4 item(s) Roll(s), light
1 cup(s) Lettuce, any type,
romaine, cut into thick strips
1 tomato, cut into slices and
serve on top of the burger
Instructions
1. Preheat grill or broiler.
2. In a medium bowl, combine turkey,
basil, Adobo powder, salt and pepper, peppers, olives, and feta; divide mixture
into four balls and then press them gently into patties.
3. Grill or broil patties until
internal temperature of burgers reaches 165°F, about
7 to 8 minutes per side.
4. Serve each burger on a bun with 1/4 of lettuce, a slice of
tomato, and a enjoy! Yields 1 burger per serving.

Here are a few more great ones, also, I plan on taking some pictures the next time I make these and the others I've posted and I'll add them too, makes it better if you know how yummy it looks. I also made a comment on Laura's meatballs recipe of an alternative I came up with.
